excellent lodging experience
fresh fruit really good service convenient location
My room was comfortable. the breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit accompanied yogurt. the staff was attentive, providing really good service, and i found the location convenient to local attractions. i liked the drying room for outdoor gear, given the scottish weather. It helped keep my clothes in good condition.
the soundproofing wasn't really good, and i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The family room provided ample space. It included comfortable beds and sufficient storage for luggage. the room featured tea and coffee making facilities, replenished daily, ensuring refreshment was always available. toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality.

the lodging had proximity to the train station and access to hiking trails. the convenience allowed me to explore the area. furthermore, it was within walking distance of various restaurants and shops, which gave me the advantage of easily accessing local amenities.

average experience, some issues with the room
small bathroom weak shower
The room i booked, a twin room, felt smaller than expected and quite stuffy. there was no air conditioning, and only a small fan, so sleep was difficult. the bathroom was also very compact. The shower had weak pressure and temperature fluctuations that were annoying.

Really good Stay with Friendly Staff
spacious rooms helpful staff quiz night
I spent several nights here and found the twin rooms to be spacious. The rooms were very clean and included all the standard necessities. The staff at breakfast were helpful. They made my mornings start with a cheerful attitude. I appreciated the quiz night, as it was a good way to meet locals.
The floorboards in the corridors did creak, making it a bit noisy at times.

The breakfast included a fair selection. It offered something for everyone. The food tasted really nice. I was pleased with the quality and variety during the morning meal.
